The search for a suspect in a Pasco County double homicide is getting national attention. Luc Pierre-Charles will be placed today on the U.S. Marshals Service's list of the 15 most-wanted fugitives. Pierre-Charles, 20, is accused of gunning down Derek Pieper and Raymond Veluz on a dirt road in Trilby in 2006. ...more
