If Mr. Ross had taken the time to read Ms. Palin's book before critiquing it, he would have found the answer to his own question concerning the choice of the book's title on pages 318 and 319; quote: It was a CNN story, byline by Dana Bash. Palin's off script comments irk McCain aides. Several McCain advisors suggest they have become increasingly frustrated with what one aide described as Palin "going rogue."
