Kiwanis Hands Out Scholarships
The Kiwanis Club of Tampa presented 13 Hillsborough County students with scholarships at its annual Arthur Henderson Memorial Scholarship Awards and the 11th annual Pete Gilmore Memorial Scholarship event April 23.
