Those words echoed from the Sebring boys basketball bench, as senior forward Sam Robinson gave the orders to his team and went on to score six points late in the game to lift the Streaks to a 44-41 comeback win over the Kissimmee Gateway Panthers in the second round of the Jim Taveniere Holiday Tournament on Friday. Down 37-31, Robinson's 3-pointer ignited cheers from the Sebring faithful and back-to-back steals gave the Blue Streaks the momentum to score the game's final eight points in a win in front of the home crowd. ...more

Sometimes you hear Jennifer Fletcher before you see her. She's the one at Jefferson High football games, a self-described 'sideline coach,' yelling after every play. She yells at the cheerleaders too, encouraging them to get some chants going. ...more

Let me be the first to say a huge thank you to the Miracle League of Lake Placid. This baseball league allows children, young adults, and adults , with disabilities, to play baseball. A "Meet and Greet" was held on Saturday, Oct. 6. The games start on Oct. 13. Upon arrival, we were met by a group of baseball players from SFCC. The team and coach were there to pitch, run and just help whenever someone needed them. The number of young people who were there as buddies, volunteers and coaches was overwhelming. The older buddies were a huge plus also. ...more
