I see a lot of complaints about how things are going, but few solutions. I will try to give a few here. First: We should make drugs legal. This would save billions in law enforcement and bring in billions in taxes (like what happened with liquor). It would also take away a lot of money from al-Qaida and Taliban terrorists. If we could have eavesdropped on a recent China-India economic conference, I suspect this, in essence, is what we may have heard: Obama's extreme carbon and other taxes on industry will give much of the remaining United States industry to us on a silver platter; especially since we have no carbon controls and our taxes are industry friendly.
