Employee Accused Of Stealing From Bank
A 28-year-old former bank employee was arrested by Pasco County sheriff's detectives Thursday, accused of bilking the bank out of nearly $68,000. Lynn Ciancio, who most recently lived in Jamestown, N.Y., was arrested at a home in New Port Richey on charges of scheme to defraud and grand theft. Authorities say that while working at Bank of America, Ciancio transferred funds ranging from $200 to $1,000 from the bank into her friends' or relatives' accounts and then into her own.
