Janet Fields told city police she had too many people to support and that's why she took the money, according to a report. Fields, 47, the Vision Center manager at Wal-Mart on Gall Boulevard was arrested by Zephyrhills police Tuesday, accused of making eight fraudulent refunds at the store and pocketing the money herself between Feb. 16 and Nov. 24.
