With Clinton Portis sidelined after suffering a concussion in last week's loss at Atlanta, Betts made his first start since 2006 and ran for 114 yards on 26 carries. Brady Quinn is getting his second chance at starting. Quinn, benched just 10 quarters into the season for Derek Anderson, will start Monday night's game against the Ravens. FALCONS ...31 REDSKINS ...17 Michael Turner ran for a season-high 166 yards, breaking away from former Atlanta CB DeAngelo Hall on a 58-yard touchdown that finished off Washington early in the fourth quarter. Turner also scored from 30 yards as the Falcons built a 24-3 halftime lead. The Redskins looked down and out, losing RB Clinton Portis to an apparent concussion, and Hall lost his cool after LaRon Landry delivered a late hit to Atlanta QB Matt Ryan along the Falcons sideline.
