The Bucs will win if: They can control the clock. The Panthers have the defensive firepower necessary to shut down any offense. If they're inspired and on their game today they could give the Bucs fits. However, if the Bucs QBs can make some key plays on third down and keep the chains moving, the Bucs will take control of the game by controlling the clock.
