Area home sales are still dropping, but not as much they have in months past, according to data released today by the Florida Association of Realtors. There were 2,087 sales by Realtors in April, down 8 percent from 2,257 during the same month last year. That's better than March, when 1,107 homes were sold in the Tampa-St.Petersburg-Clearwater area, down 11 percent from March 2007. ...more
