Regarding "Iorio: It's Train Time For Tampa" (front page, July 31): The time to diversify our transit system has long since arrived. The need for a diverse transportation network will not disappear, regardless of how often we widen Interstate 275. Rail is a vitally important part of it; however, we must invest in a reliable and efficient bus system, both for local routes and regional transport, to work in conjunction with rail. ...more
