The news this week that 2007 became the deadliest year for U.S. troops in Iraq was brought home Wednesday with a solemn ceremony for two local U.S. Army sergeants who died half of a world away two months ago. PLANT CITY The widow of Army Sgt. Cory Clark broke down in tears this morning as flags were lowered to half staff in honor of her husband, who was killed Aug. 28 by a suicide bomber in Afghanistan. In a brief ceremony outside city hall, Mayor Rick Lott presented Monica Clark with a proclamation signed by Gov.
