Melissa McElroy, 18, woke up shortly after 4 a.m. Wednesday and heard her mother screaming, deputies say. She stepped outside her bedroom and saw her twin sister, Michelle, bleeding from the arms and chest, according to a Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office report, which describes what happened next.
