The Bucs will win if: They can control the clock. The Panthers have the defensive firepower necessary to shut down any offense. If they're inspired and on their game today they could give the Bucs fits. However, if the Bucs QBs can make some key plays on third down and keep the chains moving, the Bucs will take control of the game by controlling the clock. Jeff Garcia continues to play at a high level. Garcia has been nothing short of remarkable the first three weeks of the season. He's escaped trouble, made big plays and inspired his team with his gutty determination. He'll need all of those elements as well as a good game plan to be successful today. On the latter front, he needs a scheme that calls for him to constantly move the play away from Julius Peppers.
