A local hospital blood shortage is prompting a call for certain Tampa Bay area donors. Florida Blood Services is in critical need of O negative, O positive and A negative blood. Donors with these types are urged to give blood at a Florida Blood Services donor center or Bloodmobile as soon as possible.
