TAMPA - Four-year-old Alexandra Seelig is plopped down in front of a computer screen next to her big sister, Isabella, 7, at the Brandon Regional Library, oblivious to her surroundings. In their ears are "bugs," small earphones that talk to them. On the screen: a 20-minute course on how not to fall victim to Internet predators.
