JESUIT ... 32 KATHLEEN ... 25 THE DIFFERENCE: On the first play of triple overtime Jesuit scored on a 10-yard touchdown pass from quarterback Ryan James to wide receiver Erick McGriff. With the Tigers up 32-25 the pressure fell on Kathleen to send the game into a fourth overtime. After Kathleen quarterback Isaac O'Neal threw three incompletions the Red Devils were faced with 4th and goal. The ball was snapped and O'Neal completed the pass to wide receiver Marcus Cunningham but he was wrapped up at the 1-yard line to seal the victory for Jesuit. ...more

PALMETTO ... 24 JESUIT ... 3 THE DIFFERENCE: You would think it would have been Palmetto's star wide receiver Damian Copeland. He played well, but it was running back Marva Carley who, behind great offensive line play, shredded Jesuit's defense by pounding it on the ground for 231 yards and a touchdown. ...more
