BALLAST POINT - The city's parks and recreation department and a business owner want to allow beer and wine sales at the Taste of Boston restaurant, located in Ballast Point Park in the 5200 block of Interbay Boulevard. The city council will consider the request at 6 p.m. Thursday at city hall, 315 E.
