Disorganized Tropical Disturbance Packs Lots Of Rain
A tropical disturbance went through another day today without becoming more organized but continued to dump rain over Hispaniola and Puerto Rico. An Air Force hurricane hunter aircraft flew through the disturbance today and found no center of circulation. A flight on Sunday also failed to turn up an eye.
