The annual Flapjack Festival moved east this year to the Pasco County Fairgrounds because of space constraints at its former location at the Land O' Lakes Community Center. The festival began in 1977 when a group of community clubs got together to put on an event that would provide fun, food and entertainment for the entire community, according to the Central Pasco Chamber of Commerce's Web site.
