TENNIS TOURNAMENT: A countywide double elimination ladies tennis tournament will begin Nov. 8 at Emerald Greens, Harbor Island, Tampa Palms and Buckhorn Springs courts for 3.0. 3.5, 4.0 and 4.5 divisions.
