Springhead Baptist Church in Plant City is offering discount groceries through Angel Food Ministries, a nonprofit, nondenominational organization providing "grocery relief" to communities in 35 states. The bill was written in monopartisan secrecy, weighed down by irrelevant spending, considered in a rushed, uninformed debate and passed on a party-line vote.
