This references Dean Johnson's Dec. 6 letter and Billy Raymond's Dec. 15 letter, subject "I agree." Apparently both of these gentlemen are convinced that it does not matter whatever mankind does here on earth, it will not affect the climate or result in global warming, because "God controls the world's temperature, not man. God controls the climate, the earth's ecosystem, and our environment." So, I guess we do not have to be concerned about excess vehicle emissions and smog affecting the climate or ecosystem. We can dump our batteries, paints, acids, oils, nuclear waste, etc. into our landfills, because "God controls our ecosystem, not man." In view of the above covenants stated by the two writers, if the recent California fires, which destroyed thousands of acres, was caused by arson and there is any resulting ecosystem damage, we cannot hold the arsonist responsible, we must hold God accountable.
