TAMPA Rallies by those who opposed Amendment 2, the so-called marriage-protection measure that won approval last week, will be held Saturday in Tampa and St. Petersburg. Amendment 2 defines marriage as a legal union of a man and a woman and bans same-sex marriages. The measure won 62 percent of the vote in the Nov. 4 election, slightly more than the 60 percent required to amend the state constitution. ...more
