ST. PETERSBURG One of the ramps leading to Interstate 275 is no longer backed up following a three-vehicle wreck on the interstate, fire officials said. The accident occurred at 6:36 a.m. today just north of the 54th Avenue South exit, said Lt. Joel Granata of St. Petersburg and Rescue.
