THE DIFFERENCE: Tampa Bay Tech's backfield was too fast and too big for the outmanned defense of Bloomingdale, running at will. The offense was stopped only twice on drives and one of those resulted in a TD. The punt return was fumbled at the goal line and Leon Robinson fell on the ball for a TD. Cornerback D.D.
