It would be tough to tally up the hours Gene Hink has devoted to helping local nonprofit agencies and people in need. But Florida Blood Services has kept a careful count of the blood the Brandon man has donated over the years. BEARS ...30 BROWNS ...6 Jay Cutler threw for 225 yards, Matt Forte ran for two touchdowns and the Bears easily beat the bumbling Browns. Cleveland quarterback Derek Anderson had another miserable day and was lifted for Brady Quinn, the man he replaced in Week 3, with about 3 minutes left in the game. Anderson completed just six of 17 passes for 76 yards and got intercepted twice. That lowered his QB rating to a league-low 36.2. And now, the Browns appear to be back in a familiar spot: deciding on a starting quarterback. The Bears paid tribute to Hall of Fame running back Walter Payton at halftime on the 10th anniversary of his death, then delivered a performance that was far from sweet.
