TAMPA – Edward Covington, charged with the grisly Mother's Day murder of Lisa Freiberg and her two children, will have to provide investigators with footprints, a Hillsborough County Circuit Court judge ruled today. TAMPA -- A former administrator at the University of South Florida is suing the vice president of Student Affairs, alleging discrimination, court papers say. Francis James Dragna, who was second-in-command in Student Affairs until October, filed a complaint in Hillsborough County Circuit Court on Friday.
