Police say that when they arrived at 8110 N. Edison Ave. just after 2 a.m. today, a woman who had fallen off her bicycle told them she just wanted to go home. However, she was too drunk to ride, police say. There was another reason Rebecca Sue Martin, 27, wasn't allowed to bike away, police say. The bike? Not hers, she told police, according to a report.
