AVON PARK — The Highlands County Sheriff's Office has issued a press release that Donald Alfonso Henry, 37, turned himself in to the Orlando Police Department Thursday on murder charges, in connection with an Avon Park murder. A warrant was issued for Henry earlier this month in connection with the shooting death of Hugh Andrew Marks. AVON PARK — Sheriff's investigators announced the arrest of the girlfriend of a suspect wanted in the shooting death of a Sebring man near the intersection of Garrett Road and Alabama Road in Lacey Hills on Jan. 7. Vackara Massaline, 31, of Sebring, was charged as an accessory after the fact on a charge of first-degree murder. A warrant was issued earlier in the month for the arrest of Donald Alfonso Henry, 36, of last known address: 606 Denise Ave., Sebring, in connection with the fatal shooting of Hugh Andrew Marks, 31, of Sebring.
