Called the Sectera Edge, it's the only secure mobile device certified by the National Security Agency, said Michael Guzelian, vice president of secure voice and data products for General Dynamics. At a ceremony Saturday, 226 flags were added to the Field of Honor display at Veterans Memorial Park on U.S. 301 in Tampa.
