AVON PARK –– Putting a team together for a scramble golf tournament is something of a science in itself. A combination of a long hitter, solid iron play and a good putter usually provides for a competitive foursome. That's what the talented team of James Lizotte, Pete DuPriest, Jerome Bovve and Phil Simonson had, as they finished with a 57 to win the Championship Flight in Saturday's Sebring Noon Kiwanis Club's 24th annual Kiwanis Charities Golf Classic at Highlands Ridge North. The popular tournament attracted a field of 108 golfers who participated in a four-person scramble format.
