Detectives with the Highlands County Sheriff's Office have confirmed the identity of a victim found inside a burned vehicle Nov. 29 in Hardee County. The victim's name is Dwight Clyde Williams, 46, a citizen of Jamaica. He had been living in Highlands County under the alias Malik Addullah Muhammad at the time of his death, according to a press release. A body found Saturday in Hardee County may have ties here in Highlands County, with local law enforcement assisting in the investigation. Lt. LORIDA The Highlands County Sheriff's Office is still seeking the identity of a woman found dead Monday in a citrus grove near Buckhorn Road in Lorida. "We're still hoping to get a citizen who can provide us information in that regard, (or) a loved one or friend," said Lt. Tim Lethbridge, with the Criminal Investigations Unit, on Tuesday. The victim was listed as between 45 to 60 years of age, of apparent Hispanic ethnicity, 4 foot 10 inches tall and 123 pounds.
