Since my letter to you regarding the problem of non-synchronized traffic lights on U.S. 27, I have also read about other people who have witnessed the same problem. Now as I understand, a mandate has been issued by the leaders in our country to conserve energy, i.e. gas, diesel, electricity and countless other things.
