DOVER - A crash involving a vehicle and a semitrailer tanker has shut down McIntosh and Newsome roads this afternoon, the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office said. The vehicle is partially lodged under the truck, the sheriff's office said. A medical helicopter is on its way to the scene to transport victims, whose conditions are not immediately available.
