BARTOW — Two Highlands County students drive an 80-mile round trip daily to and from Bartow to attend high school. The students are attending the International Baccalaureate (I.B.) School at Bartow High. Graduates from I.B. diploma programs are highly regarded at admissions offices at top universities.
