Last week's first-degree murder trial of avowed neo-Nazi John Ditullio Jr. ended in a mistrial. All but two of the jurors were convinced Ditullio was innocent. During a hearing Monday, Ditullio was ordered to undergo a retrial in March of next year. Some have suggested the outcome of the trial might have been different if Circuit Judge Michael Andrews had not allowed the defense to have tattoos on Ditullio's face, including a Nazi swastika, covered by makeup.
