Turner also scored from 30 yards as the Falcons built a 24-3 halftime lead. The Redskins looked down and out, losing RB Clinton Portis to an apparent concussion, and Hall lost his cool after LaRon Landry delivered a late hit to Atlanta QB Matt Ryan along the Falcons sideline.
