The Spring Lake Board of Supervisors is requesting legislation to modify its current codification for the purpose of updating and streamlining the district's governing document. The present codification document, enacted in 2005, is for the most part unchanged from the original codification of 30 years ago. The proposed legislation (codification document) addresses shortcomings in the present codification and will allow the district to better fulfill the current and future needs of the community.
