Conga Caliente drew food and music lovers to Al Lopez Park in Tampa on Sunday for a free celebration of Latin American culture. The third annual event, put on by Tampa Parks and Recreation and Coda Sound, included performances by international salsa favorite Rey Ruiz, and Tito Rojas, named Puerto Rico's Best Salsa Artist.
