SEBRING – SeaBreeze Homes Inc. and TOV Development Co. announce the development of SeaBreeze, the companies' 224-unit condo-home community located on the corner of Sebring Parkway and Scenic Highway. With the permitting process well under way, groundbreaking for the $50 million project, which will encompass 19.4 acres just north of Lake Jackson in Sebring, is anticipated in the spring of 2008. Its first units are slated for availability in the fall of 2008.
