EYE ON THE ACC Rewind: The big in-conference game was Maryland's 20-17 victory against Clemson (a preseason top-10 team that now enters October with two losses). Miami swung and missed at its golden opportunity (losing at home to North Carolina, 28-24, despite another productive game from freshman QB Robert Marve).
