Tot Alone As Mom Made Cigarette Run, Deputies Say

SEFFNER - Hillsborough County deputies say a Seffner woman left her 2-year-old boy home alone, strapped to a highchair, about 3 a.m. today while she went to buy cigarettes. Stephanie Paige Thigpen, 22, was arrested this morning and charged with felony child neglect. She also faces a misdemeanor count of obstructing or resisting arrest without violence. ...more
