I read my public "flogging" by Mr. Miller today; I had to chuckle. Firstly, I don't read fiction books often, so excuse me for not reading Mrs. Palin's book. My point was, the use of the word "rogue" in the title and the definition, which is right there in Webster's Dictionary. Secondly, you turn this into a "leftist fear" rant. McCain's decision to bring Mrs. Palin on as his V.P. candidate lost the election for the Republicans, or so my "rightist" friends tell me. "Annie Oakley" in the White House, was not all that appealing to the majority of voters as the election showed. ...more

This is in response to Bill Ross' letter, "Good Read." If Mr. Ross had taken the time to read Ms. Palin's book before critiquing it, he would have found the answer to his own question concerning the choice of the book's title on pages 318 and 319; quote: It was a CNN story, byline by Dana Bash. Palin's off script comments irk McCain aides. Several McCain advisors suggest they have become increasingly frustrated with what one aide described as Palin "going rogue." 8:10 a.m.: Rhonda Burel seemed determined to be part of a news story today, and not in a good way. She stood in the right-turn lane off bustling Bearss Avenue in front of the Jimmie B. I write this in good faith, do you believe in the Christian way and fear God at all? Then you will realize the spiritual warfare at hand in this crucial hour, in our nations and state. This election is just that, if you do not vote Bible we are in serious trouble. This election should not be about black, white, Hispanic, etc., it should be about moral and spiritual Bible believing people coming together for mercy and blessings from God to us, not how taxes, medical issues, war, or recessions are being promised to go away on both sides, but our love for our nation to stand up and vote prolife. ...more
