Preston Parker's legal problems are continuing less than a month after his was kicked off Florida State University's football team. Parker was charged with DUI by Tallahassee police in January. That arrest violated his probation in a Palm Beach County case, and a warrant was issued for his arrest, according to the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office. Parker turned himself in Sunday night, and he was being held in the Palm Beach County jail, according to the sheriff's office Web site. ...more

A man posing as a pest control employee has been targeting elderly women and stealing their jewelry. Deputies haven't named a suspect, but they are circulating a rendering of the man, who is Hispanic and in his late 20s.
