A resident in our condominium is creating serious problems with threats. He has threatened many of our children and adults to the point of saying he has a gun and will kill them. There have been 23 calls to the police in response to his threats. The police say they cannot do anything. Our association attorney says the same. SEBRING - When the Sebring baseball team reached the state's final four in 2007, it had been more than 40 years since its last appearance. After a 2-0 victory over Bartow on Friday night, the Blue Streaks are one step away from accomplishing the same feat for the second year in a row.
