SEBRING – Donna Cassels believes she has the business background to be successful in a new venture. Cassels and her daughter, Deanna, are the new owners of J&A Drive-Thru in Sebring. The drive-thru, which is located at 177 U.S. 27 S. , will be reopening Oct. 1.
