TAMPA Quarterback Brett Dietz, Arena Football's co-rookie of the year with Tampa Bay last season, signed a three-year deal with the Storm. Dietz, a 6-foot-4, 220-pounder, made his AFL debut in Week 9. His 119.43 passer rating tied the second highest by a rookie quarterback in the AFL and his 65.9 completion percentage is the highest ever by a rookie, as well as the highest by any quarterback in franchise history.
