Detectives arrested a Pinellas County detention deputy this morning while he was on duty and charged him with doctor shopping and prescription fraud. The Pinellas County Sheriff's Office said Michael Bowman was arrested following an investigation that started in August after the department received information he was getting treatment from more than one doctor with the intent to get prescriptions for hydrocodone and oxycodone. ...more
