Fred Thompson, the attorney turned politician, turned actor, is trying a return to politics via the 2008 presidential race. The former U.S. senator from Tennessee is scheduled to be in West Pasco this Friday evening to attend the annual Pasco Republican Party Reagan Day Dinner. Since by most accounts Thompson is trying to assume the Ronald Reagan mantle, the Reagan Day event is appropriate. ...more
